The course will give an in-depth insight into the constitutional, statutory and institutional aspects of human rights protection in India. It also covers constitutional provisions dealing with human rights and special legislations dealing with the protection of vulnerable and marginalized groups. The course covers discussion on the institutional framework in India with special reference to protection and enforcement of human rights
