This course aims to impart the basic knowledge of the business legislation along with the relevant case law. This course makes the students acquire conceptual knowledge of different laws relating to Businesses like Indian Contract Act 1872, Negotiable Instrument Act 1881, Sale of Goods Act 1830, Partnership laws etc.
