To complete the programme, the students should undertake a project, and prepare and submit a project report on a topic of their choice in the subject of English. This course introduces students to fundamentals of research in English and provides an opportunity to do an in-depth study of topic of their choice in any chosen field relating to English language or literature. This course would introduce the students to research practices and applications which would help them in critically analysing the texts.
