The Corporate Regulations and Administrations is a core course that aims at familiarising students with the management and administration of Joint Stock Companies Act, 2013. It deals with both theoretical and practical understanding of Company Administration. Through a blend of interactive discussions, this course would enable the students to understand the various stages of Corporate formation.
