This course is to
help the students to develop an understanding of the concept & techniques
of essential functions of human resource management. The
course will use and focus on Indian experiences, approaches and cases. To
make students understand the importance of human resources at the work place. To
familiarize them with different aspects of managing people in organisations
from the stage of acquisition to development and retention.
